Dental marketing: a patient finding a dental practice on Google Maps
Dental marketing · Los Angeles, Orange County, Houston, Dallas & nationwide

Dental marketing that fills your schedule

SEO, Google Maps, websites, ads, reviews and AI search visibility, built only for dental practices. One specialist, one plan, measured in calls and booked appointments instead of vanity metrics.

From the creator of Dent Directory, which tracks 7,306 dental practices and 1,448,918 Google reviews across 218 neighborhoods and cities.

Sound familiar?

  • Your practice only shows up on Google when someone searches your exact name.
  • Competitors with fewer years in practice appear above you in Google Maps.
  • Your website looks dated on a phone, or nobody can tell you how many calls it produces.
  • You've paid for ads or an agency before and never saw which dollars brought patients.
  • You have open hygiene slots while hundreds of past patients are overdue for a cleaning.
  • Your reviews are fewer, older or lower than the practices around you.

None of these are signs of a bad practice. They're signs that great dentistry isn't being translated into online visibility. That part is fixable.

Dental marketing by location

Each market page is built on the directory's own data for that city: how many practices compete, how high their ratings are and how many reviews it takes to stand out, neighborhood by neighborhood.

Statewide: dental marketing in California · dental marketing in Texas. Practices elsewhere in the US are welcome too.

Who you'll work with

Sobhan, dental SEO & marketing specialist

I'm Sobhan, a marketing specialist who works only with dental practices. For the past three years every site, Google profile and campaign I've worked on has belonged to a dentist, an orthodontist or a dental specialist.

I also built and run Dent Directory, the independent directory you're on right now. It tracks the Google ratings, review volume, hours and treatments of thousands of practices, which is why my audits start from real local data instead of guesses.

You deal with me directly, not an account manager. Questions before you commit? Message me on WhatsApp, Telegram (@SobhanSEO) or email [email protected].

Why practices work with me

3 years, dental SEO only

I don't split my attention between restaurants, lawyers and dentists. For three years every campaign, keyword list and page template I've built has been about how patients choose a dentist.

I built the directory you're reading

Dent Directory tracks 7,300+ dental practices across Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth: their ratings, reviews, hours and treatments. I know which neighborhoods are crowded, which treatments are under served and what the top ranked offices do differently.

Plain English reporting

Every month you see calls, booking requests, rankings and what changed, in language you can read in five minutes. No 40 page PDFs full of impressions.

You own everything

Your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, content and data stay in your name. If we ever part ways, nothing is held hostage.

Dental marketing FAQs

What does a dental marketing specialist actually do?

I make sure patients who need a dentist find your practice, trust what they see and book. That covers Google search and Maps rankings, your Google Business Profile, your website, ads, reviews, social media, email to existing patients and visibility in AI search, all measured in calls and booked appointments.

Do I need every service?

No. Most practices start with one or two areas where the gap is biggest, often Google Maps visibility and the website. The free audit shows where your practice would gain the most, and I only recommend what fits your goals and budget.

How much does dental marketing cost?

It depends on the services, your market and how competitive your treatments are. After the free audit you get a clear monthly quote for the work I recommend. If you run ads, the ad spend is paid directly to Google from your own account, separate from management.

How is this different from a general marketing agency?

I only work with dental practices, and I built and run a directory that tracks thousands of practices in Los Angeles, Orange County, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth. I already know your competitive landscape, the searches patients use in each neighborhood and what the top ranked offices do differently.

How do I know it's working?

You get a monthly report in plain English with calls, booking requests, rankings, reviews and what changed, plus the plan for next month. If something isn't producing results, we change it.

Do you only work with practices in the cities listed here?

No. Those are the markets where my directory data is deepest, but I work with dental practices anywhere in the United States, remotely, with regular calls.

How can I contact you before requesting an audit?

Message me on WhatsApp, on Telegram at @SobhanSEO, or email [email protected]. I reply personally.
