Do paid plans change the rankings?
No. Organic rankings are always rating × review volume. Featured partners get clearly-labeled placements above and alongside organic results, they never displace or reorder them, and we only accept Featured practices rated 4.5★ or higher.
My practice is already listed. Why?
Basic listings are compiled from public business data, the same way maps and directories have always worked. Claiming is free and lets you correct details; Verified unlocks editing, photos and direct appointment requests.
Can I remove a listing?
If a practice has closed or the data is wrong, email us and we'll fix or remove it quickly. We want the directory accurate more than we want it big.
Is there a contract?
No, plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Featured placement is limited per neighborhood so it stays meaningful, so there may be a short waitlist in competitive areas.
