Reputation management for dental practices
Reviews decide more dental appointments than almost anything else online. Patients compare ratings, read the newest reviews and notice how a practice responds to criticism. A steady flow of genuine reviews is one of the strongest assets a practice can build.

Who this is for
- Practices with fewer or older reviews than competitors
- Offices that struggle to reply to negative reviews
- Practices whose rating doesn't reflect their care
Why most practices struggle here
Happy patients rarely leave reviews on their own. Unhappy ones often do. Without a system, even an excellent practice can end up with a rating that doesn't reflect the care it provides, and a few old reviews that dominate first impressions.
Replies matter as much as ratings. A defensive or HIPAA violating reply to a negative review can do more damage than the review itself.

Sobhan, dental SEO & marketing specialist
I'm Sobhan, a marketing specialist who works only with dental practices. For the past three years every site, Google profile and campaign I've worked on has belonged to a dentist, an orthodontist or a dental specialist.
I also built and run Dent Directory, the independent directory you're on right now. It tracks the Google ratings, review volume, hours and treatments of thousands of practices, which is why my audits start from real local data instead of guesses.
You deal with me directly, not an account manager. Questions before you commit? Message me on WhatsApp, Telegram (@SobhanSEO) or email [email protected].
Why practices work with me
3 years, dental SEO only
I don't split my attention between restaurants, lawyers and dentists. For three years every campaign, keyword list and page template I've built has been about how patients choose a dentist.
I built the directory you're reading
Dent Directory tracks 7,300+ dental practices across Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth: their ratings, reviews, hours and treatments. I know which neighborhoods are crowded, which treatments are under served and what the top ranked offices do differently.
Plain English reporting
Every month you see calls, booking requests, rankings and what changed, in language you can read in five minutes. No 40 page PDFs full of impressions.
You own everything
Your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, content and data stay in your name. If we ever part ways, nothing is held hostage.
Reviews & Reputation FAQs
Is it allowed to ask patients for Google reviews?
Yes. Asking is allowed. Offering incentives or only asking patients you expect to be happy (review gating) is not. My system asks every patient.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only reviews that violate platform policies, such as spam or fake reviews, can be flagged for removal. For genuine negative reviews, a professional reply and more positive reviews are the real fix.
How should a dentist reply to a negative review?
Briefly, calmly and without confirming the person is a patient or discussing treatment. Offer to talk offline. I'll handle these replies or give your team templates.
Which review sites matter most for dentists?
Google matters most because it feeds the map results. Yelp and Healthgrades also influence patients, depending on your area and patient base.
