Upon entry, the office smelled fresh and sterile. The staff was welcoming and greeted me with respect. I was a walk-in and Dr. Carla made time to examine me and schedule a same day appointment! A great number of my colleagues are patients of Dr. Carla…all have only good things to say about Dr. Carla and her practice. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Needless to say, I found a new home in the Smile Studio.
Today was my first experience with The Smile Studio for my routine dental cleaning. I met with Dr. Thomas who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff, hygienist, and x-ray tech were all so welcoming. The facility was clean and kept well. I enjoyed my experience.
As one who does not like going to the dentist, this team of dental professionals puts me at ease. EVERY time! Dr. Thomas is gentle and is the only dentist who has ever given me a shot and it didn't hurt! Her bedside manner, professionalism, and knowledge of all things dental is commendable! The entire practice is 5-star!!
