Upon entry, the office smelled fresh and sterile. The staff was welcoming and greeted me with respect. I was a walk-in and Dr. Carla made time to examine me and schedule a same day appointment! A great number of my colleagues are patients of Dr. Carla…all have only good things to say about Dr. Carla and her practice. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Needless to say, I found a new home in the Smile Studio.
As one who does not like going to the dentist, this team of dental professionals puts me at ease. EVERY time! Dr. Thomas is gentle and is the only dentist who has ever given me a shot and it didn't hurt! Her bedside manner, professionalism, and knowledge of all things dental is commendable! The entire practice is 5-star!!
I have been going to the smile studio for 13 years! And they are truly like family. Dr. Thomas has built such a wonderful practice that truly reflects quality patient care. Thank you much to all the staff for always making me feel comfortable, greeting me with smiles, and handling me with care.
