With 41 reviews on Google and a 3.8 star average, Gentleone Dental has enough of a track record to read the patterns in what patients write. Read through the reviews and the same things surface: friendly staff, how the team treats children, and in many of them gentle and painless care. The procedures people mention by name include extractions, which is useful if that is what brought you here.
A recurring line is that the numbing worked and nothing hurt, including for self described dental cowards. Visits with children are a recurring topic, and parents mostly describe them going smoothly. The reviews are not uniform though. How the team treats children draws the most complaints, and asking about it upfront usually prevents surprises.

I had a bad experience with Western Dental with my 9 year old son. Gentleone Dental was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Their staff was very nice and the dentist was amazing with my son. He gets nervous and anxious at dental visits, but the staff and dentist were very patient with him and made him feel at ease. I highly recommend them. I plan on taking my son from now on.
I was recommend to this Dentist years ago, my boys love her. Very Clean place. The Dentist is Great and her is Staff I very friendly and very informative. I was there yesterday for my 5 yr old's tooth extraction and my son never felt more comfortable in this office, as well as myself. Thank you.
The dentist and staff really understand that the dentist can be a scary place specially for children. They are patient, gentle and friendly. My little one is very anxious about the dentist and is difficult to work on but they treated us respectful and very patiently. I highly recommend them.
