Erupted wisdom teeth run $200 to $500 each, soft tissue and partial bony impactions $350 to $800, and full bony impactions $600 to $1,100. Sedation is usually a separate line of $250 to $800, so ask for the all four teeth total in writing before comparing offices.

No. Teeth that erupted straight, bite correctly and can be kept clean often stay for life. The clear reasons to remove them are repeated infections, decay you cannot reach to clean, damage to the neighboring molar, or cyst formation on imaging. A panoramic X ray plus an honest conversation settles it.

Pricing in Woodland Hills generally tracks the citywide ranges on our Wisdom Teeth Removal guide. Westside offices tend to sit near the top of those ranges while offices further east and in the Valley often come in lower. Always ask for a written treatment plan with the total case price before agreeing.
