I had a great experience at Swish Kirby! Everyone is super welcoming and my cleaning was extra thorough. The office is esthetic, clean, and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Dr. Trace is knowledgeable and explains everything in an easy to understand way.
10/10. I truly appreciate the professionalism from this entire staff. Kecha, the manger was very thorough and ensure all my questions were answered. Dr.Trace does a great job explaining your teeth work and I truly appreciate being asked my dental goal and giving plans to achieve with health in mind! Usually I hate Xray but NOT with Raven. So fast and effective. I would recommend anyone to come here! I also appreciated how clean the office was!
This was my first dentist visit since COVID, so I was obviously terrified. Some things I notified about my first dental visit (in years!) 1.) Swish is very clean and very new, so it's well decorated and has a good vibe to it 2.) The staff are very friendly! I really enjoyed the dental hygienist and her explanations of everything 3.) Dr. Matthews was amazing. I was so worried I'd be upsold on things, but he was very straightforward about what he recommended and why, and what I didn't need. 4.) Very reasonable prices! I highly recommend Swish at this location!
