New patient onboarding was very easy, and everyone, from front desk to Dr. Lee was very kind and gentle! The office itself is visually comforting as well. I haven't been to a dentist in a while, so I was pretty nervous. The whole office made me feel welcomed and I'm looking forward to the next visit!
After coming here for awhile now, I have to say this is the first time I've actually not dreaded going to the dentist. Dr. Lee and his team are very kind and professional and went out of their way to help me when I had complications with insurance or an emergency dental procedure to do last minute. They also had great communication and followed up with me on appointments and on their communication with my insurance. They are welcoming and made me feel comfortable since my first visit. 10/10 I cannot recommend White Plus enough.
Honestly the best dental clinic around. I happily drive all the way from K-town just to come here! The office is super clean, and every staff member goes out of their way to be nice. Dr. Steve has such a gentle, soft hand during procedures. He really makes going to the dentist an easy and pleasant experience!
