I’ve been coming here for the past four years or so, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always professional, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Nguyen is second to none—honest, efficient, and incredibly meticulous with his work. I recently came in for a routine cleaning, and he noticed a cracked filling (one that wasn’t originally done by him). He fixed it in about 10 minutes, and the entire process was completely painless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust.
I had a filling replaced today at West U Family Dentistry. I have been a patient here since I moved to West University several years ago. I like that the office is conveniently located just a mile from my house. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent dentist with a very friendly and competent manner. I like that he works quickly and efficiently while explaining to me what he is doing which I find both calming and assuring. I find his staff very nice and welcoming and appointments seem to go by quickly, which is great. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen and West U Family Dentistry.
