I was really nervous about finding a new dentist, but the team at URBN Dental Heights (Dr. Chae, Jennifer, JoJo, and Kim) were incredible. I usually have anxiety about dental visits - from the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming. The hygienist, Kim, was so gentle with my cleaning and gave me great tips. Dr. Chae was very caring and took the time to talk through my x-rays and didn't pressure me into unnecessary treatments. I highly recommend!
If I could give Dr. Chae at URBN Dental more than 5 stars, I would! I was dreading having my first root canal done and was honestly super nervous leading up to the appointment. Dr. Chae completely turned that around. The procedure was incredibly seamless and easy. Thank you, Dr. Chae, for making a scary procedure such a breeze!
Dr. Chae was friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. The hygienist Kim outstanding, and assistant Alexa was so kind, and knew her tasks. Everyone made the dentist absolutely a joy (never thought I’d ever write that).
