Dr. Chen & his team were amazing from start to finish. Took on a very complex case, managed the risks beautifully, and delivered the absolute best results I could have wished for. Recovery was significantly simplified by the focus & care they put into the prep/procedure/post-op. Similar to some of the other reviews, I always felt like family at the office. Efficient visits, never had to wait long at all. Great communication & follow-up throughout the post-op experience. Can’t say enough great things about this team…highly professional & highly recommended!
My son had four wisdom teeth taken out and kind of panicked with the anesthesia. We thought they handle it very well and we’re very happy with the results and especially the call back over the weekend. This is our second child to have their teeth pulled by Dr. Chen and we are very impressed and would recommend Dr. Chen.
Dr. Chen was very thorough, friendly and explained everything to us at the first appointment. He did a very great job removing my son’s 4 wisdom teeth with no complications. He was pain free on the third day after surgery and has fast recovery. Just saw him for following up visit and confirmed proper healing. Staff was friendly, supportive and helpful, especially Dr. Chen’s nurse, Nicole. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen Joseph. 👍🏻
