My first visit was very good. Natalie, the front desk staff, was exceptionally helpful in helping us with our appointments and the transition from our former dental office. Very upbeat and cooperative. Elma, the hygienist was thorough and always concerned about my comfort and understanding of what she was doing. Dr. Lori Mann, was also thorough and explained the diagnosis after viewing the X-rays. I am looking forward to meeting Dr. Pinedo as she was the doctor to whom we were originally referred. So far so good!
I came to this office for a second opinion for a problem crown I had. It was a most pleasant experience. The front office was warm and friendly from the first call I made. Dr Pinedo examined my crown and gave me first class attention, addressing my concerns, giving me solutions, and making me feel quite comfortable throughout the process. She was very professional! I feel I made the right decision going there. It may be time to change dentists!
Dr.Pinedo and her staff is amazing, I have been seeing her for over 15 years. Super knowledgeable and sincere, I always feel safe getting all my dental work knowing it will be the best. Always a clean office and all new technology. I can honestly say I love my dentist and dental hygienist ❤️
