I recently visited Dr. Sergie for a checkup and had an outstanding experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Sergie’s professionalism and gentle approach made the entire process smooth and painless. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.
Going to a new dentist is always a nervous experience for me but everyone from Dr. Sergie, to his entire staff were so welcoming and friendly. All very professional and just made me feel comfortable all around. I usually don’t trust first opinions in regards to my teeth but Dr. Sergei took the time to explain everything going on in my mouth and what a good treatment option was for me. They never made me feel rushed even though I was their last patient of the day! I will be bringing my family to him for care and recommending him to any friends in the future.
This office provides a really pleasant and easy experience. Calling to schedule was very straight forward. I was able to fill out my paperwork online, then the appointment began on time and was professional from the x-rays to the cleaning to meeting Dr. Sergie. The whole team made me feel comfortable, I’ll be back!
