Overall a very pleasant experience . We took our 2.5 and 1 year old for their first exams. The office was modern and clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. Everyone did a great job of making it a friendly environment so that the kids would be more cooperative. There was a TV on the ceiling that kept the older one preoccupied through the exam. The younger one was still crying, but Dr. Duong calmly and skillfully did an exam. This all went much better than I was expecting
We love Dr Duong. His new office is so clean and pretty. He is really gentle and nice to my kids.
