I had a great experience at Western Dental & Orthodontics in Covina. Dr. Chung was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Samantha at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, making check-in easy. Alicia, the dental assistant, was kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Steven was also very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The entire team was professional and caring. I highly recommend this office!
Love this place, Samantha the receptionist is very helpful and nice. The assistants a quick and very knowledgeable and Dr Chung works quick the treatment is painless. I definitely recommend this place.
