West University Dentistry was absolutely wonderful! After 19 years with my previous dentist, I was nervous about making a change, but Dr. Pickei was incredibly thorough and did such a great job. He explained how to clean my teeth in a more efficient and effective way and recommended products to use as well. His staff was amazing—so friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. I’m so glad I made the switch!

I appreciate Dr. Pickei's conservative approach with a wait and see attitude. I feel comfortable that any work he is doing is definitely necessary. Also, he is painless (an absolute requirement for me). The dental hygienest are very careful when cleaning the teeth, so that I never dread going to the dentist.

I love my experience there. Dr Pickei was thorough and transparent. He is patient and provides a reasonable test plan for his patients. My cleaning was done with Zahra and she was wonderful as well. She worked with my anxiety and she is gentle. I can’t recommend this practice enough ✨
