I just recently went for my first visit and I am very please with the treatment I received. Previously to my appointment staff made sure my insurance was all good to go and I was able to fill out forms before arriving so I was seen promptly. I came in with my baby and Staff was very welcoming. Dr Liu was very thorough in explaining the treatment I need. I am looking forward to starting treatment done with him.

Both of my children, ages 8 and 5, come here for dental care. At first, they were very scared of getting a tooth pulled, but Dr. Lu was very patient and comforting. After the extraction, he also taught them the proper way to brush their teeth and reminded them to eat less sugar. Even if you don’t speak English, there are assistants who speak Cantonese and Mandarin, so communication is not a problem.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lou for several years, and my son is also under his care. The entire staff is always professional, friendly, and welcoming. We’re always treated with kindness and respect, and the wait time is never longer than necessary. I truly appreciate the consistent care and efficiency at this office—highly recommend
