Orthodontic results have exceeded expectations, but also the receptionist went out of her way today to accommodate a complex scheduling issue, which when you’re talking about a years long process that could get disrupted by the logistics of life, is something that is greatly appreciated.
We were visiting from out of state and my daughter had a small orthodontic emergency. Dr. Sparks and his staff fit her into their schedule immediately and made it all better! Very friendly, welcoming and efficient. If we lived locally, he would certainly be our ortho of choice!
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sparks and his team that we didn’t hesitate to bring our second child in to begin his teeth straightening process. They are always efficient and easy to work with =) I highly recommend!
