We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Neil. She was incredibly kind, personable, and patient throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt at ease and informed. It was comforting to see my daughter feel so relaxed and comfortable in the chair. We truly appreciate the care and attention we received—highly recommend!

Dr Neil is a professional first and always. She does have that rare ability to bridge the gap between being a professional, and being genuinely interested in her patients issues. She always listens and incorporates her patients in the process. Something I wish more doctors would do. I've seen many dentists over the decades, and she truly stands out as the best.

I had a great experience at North Loop Dental for my checkup and cleaning. The staff was very friendly, the office was clean and welcoming, and the doctor was super nice and explained everything clearly. Everything was quick and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them! 10/10!
