With 184 reviews on Google and a 4.9 star average, Museum Smiles has enough of a track record to read the patterns in what patients write. Read through the reviews and the same things surface: friendly staff, easing dental anxiety, and in many of them how the team treats children. The procedures people mention by name include fillings and cleanings and deep cleanings, which is useful if that is what brought you here.
A recurring line is that the numbing worked and nothing hurt, including for self described dental cowards. When emergencies happened, patients report the office found a way to fit them in quickly. Several reviews come from families who bring more than one generation to the same chair. Few offices keep this tone across so many reviews, and it is the consistency that stands out most.
Summary written from recurring themes in public Google reviews, paraphrased rather than copied.
Had my first appointment there today and they were so nice! I shared that I haven’t always loved going to the dentist, and they were very thoughtful and checked in with me throughout my cleaning and fillings to make sure I was okay or ask if I needed a break. I found them on Reddit via a thread asking about nonjudgmental dentists in Fort Worth and they definitely fit the bill. All in all, a great experience!
The staff is very kind and accommodating! I used to have a lot of anxiety associated with dental visits, Dr. Audu was very intentional at working through that with me and making me feel comfortable! I got aligners and my experience with them has been wonderful! I highly recommend getting any dental services you need at museum smiles!
I was nervous about getting a filling, but Dr. Audu made the entire process quick and painless! She’s very skilled, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. I felt completely at ease and will definitely be returning for all my dental needs
