My experience here was beyond amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. By the end of my appointment, I had a clear understanding of everything. Throughout my visit, the staff explained everything clearly so I could understand what was needed and why. I highly recommend this dentist office. I felt welcomed and free of judgment.
Really nice office. Trinh the RDH, was so kind, patient and gentle with my cleaning and always ensured I was comfortable. The process of insurance was explained thoroughly and the Doctor made sure I understood everything. The staff was also very helpful and flexible with scheduling. Overall such a good experience.
The team at Merit dental is very professional and very good at making sure that you get the correct treatment and that you are takin care of. They have a great staff and are very good at helping you feel comfortable. I want to let everyone know that if you need a dentist Dr Li is great.
