Staff is always friendly. Never had a long wait once I've checked in for my scheduled appointment. I always leave out with my teeth feeling clean. (I know that's the point but really clean.) If there's something that seems odd and/or out of the norm with my teeth, gums and/or mouth, I call and they get me in as soon as possible. And no unnecessary work done to my teeth and/or mouth if I do not need it.

This has been my dental office for over 25 years. Everyone has always been professional and kind. It has been long enough for me to see some staff retire, and a few, even pass on. They were always replaced with staff members that were just as professional and kind. I have moved to different areas of Houston but never changed dentists as Kimberly Lane is worth the drive.

After being away for a while after my previous dentist passed away, I went back to his old practice. It seemed the same with a few new smiling faces. I received a great cleaning with a few more modern touches that I appreciated. They were very throughout and the prices seemed reasonable. I am a cash payer with no dental insurance.
