With 684 reviews on Google and a 4.8 star average, Gentle Dental has enough of a track record to read the patterns in what patients write. The compliments that repeat are about clear explanations and gentle and painless care, and several people bring up friendly staff too. Reviewers get specific about their treatment, writing about Invisalign, extractions and orthodontics rather than just the atmosphere.
A recurring line is that the numbing worked and nothing hurt, including for self described dental cowards. More than one reviewer got seen the same day when something urgent came up. Families feature often, with parents writing about how the team handled their kids. Taken as a whole, these reviews read like a practice that has earned its rating the slow way.

It was my first time going to gentle dental. For me. The experience was great. They were all really nice and throughout the whole thing they explained every step including options for payment. And throughout the whole process where I needed a tooth to be extracted. I didn't feel a thing so I was actually happy to be leaving pain-free. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.
My 3 kids have been seen at Gentle Dental since they were babies. 8 years later and I never get any complaints about coming to the dentist. Everyone is so pleasant. From the front desk to the dental assistants and the Dr. when we have an emergency they do their best to get us in as soon as possible. 10/10 recommend.
Always been helpful, honest, and upfront with me about every service. Started with their Invisalign braces, then had a tooth removed, a bone graft, and now awaiting a new tooth to be put in. They’ve always explained everything and are usually very prompt after arriving. I’m really happy with the work so far as well.
