Dr. Natividad is an excellent, patient, caring, compassionate, detailed, and overall the BEST DENTIST EVER! My family (my twin 3 year olds, my husband, my mother, my father, aunts, uncles, cousins, family friends) have all been patients of Dr. Natividad for over 10 years. We highly recommend Dr. Natividad to everyone!

Absolutely loved Fifth Avenue Dental Care. Im usually pretty nervous when I go to the dentist but the staff made it very easy for me. I came for a cleaning, my hygienist was super nice and comforting. She was gentle but thorough of my cleaning, I'd recommend coming here to anyone! Thank you for your guys hard work!!

I love this place. Doctor Natividad is the Best and Esther is Awesome. Everyone there is great. Dr. Natividad took great care of me and showed that he cared, explained everything to me along the way. This is my new dentist and I highly recommend Dr. Natividad. Thank you Fith Avenue Dental Care.
