Went in for regular cleaning and x-rays, but when they learned of a recent fall where bottom teeth cut my lip; they took pictures of front teeth and gave a thorough exam to confirm no damage. Also, they had many years ago thickened my front 2 upper teeth that were thinning out, but over the years the bottom had become slightly jagged. They were able to reshape them and then polish. Look great now!
I love this small private practice. They care so much about their patients. It's not a huge franchise place that doesn't give a damn. The difference is stark, and I'm so grateful I found this place. From the front staff to the dentist. Amazing. I've had such bad dental care before, and they have been such a breath of fresh air.
I have been going to Dr. Serna for several years and have received excellent care. She spends time explaining things and listens carefully to my concerns. Best dentist I've ever had! And her staff is so friendly and welcoming.
