Dr. David Farivar is a board-certified specialist in periodontology and oral implant surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Farivar’s unique dental and specialty training in the world’s most elite educational institutions have helped him become an outstanding expert in his field of practice.
He was graduated from USC, UCLA, and University of Pennsylvania (PENN), an Ivy League School. Dr. Farivar has intensive training in dental management of patients with complex medical conditions such as patients with cancer, radiation, cardio-vascular disease, transplant, HIV, and mentally retarded children and adults. Moreover, he performed numerous anesthesia related procedures in both the operation room settings as well as outpatient clinics and became certified in administering intra-venous sedation by the Dental Board of California.
